Our original London and Essex homes sit alongside enquiry-only properties from Crewstays. Management and booking arrangements are confirmed for the individual home.

Schools, commute, parking, pets, accessibility. We'd rather spend five minutes listening than move you twice.

A real person answers, evenings and weekends included, when a guest needs something sorted.
What we never do
✕ Surprise you with fees
The price we quote is the price you pay — cleaning and bills included.
✕ Change the rate mid-stay
Extensions are priced up front, so a longer stay never means a nasty email.

Email, phone or WhatsApp. Tell us a town and some dates; we'll do the rest.

Where it started
LMV Property began with a handful of homes in Essex, let to contractors and families who needed somewhere better than a hotel.
Step 2
Growing the map
Word of mouth took us from Rayleigh and Southend to Romford, Brentwood, Basildon, Epping, Stansted and into Central London.
