Cast and crew stays need an accommodation plan that reflects the unit base, call times and length of the shoot. Record individual room requirements and who is approving the booking. If dates or headcount may change, flag that early. Availability, extensions and arrival arrangements are agreed for the actual homes, not assumed from the production schedule.
