Lumvale Stays Ltd provides serviced accommodation in London and Essex. We are the controller of personal data you share with us.
Contact details, booking details (dates, guests, needs) and any information you choose to give us about your stay.
To answer enquiries, arrange and manage bookings, meet legal obligations and, with your consent, send occasional updates.
Only the booking platform, cleaning and maintenance teams and payment providers needed to deliver your stay. We never sell your data.
Booking records are kept for six years for tax purposes; enquiries that don't become bookings are deleted after 12 months.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@staylumvale.co.uk. You may also complain to the ICO.
