Plan beds, not just guest capacity
Check how the bedrooms and beds are arranged. A maximum guest figure does not tell you whether everyone in a work crew can have the sleeping arrangement they need.
Check the whole site journey
Share the worksite postcode and shift times. Include parking needs and vehicle size; a parking space that suits a car may not suit a large van.
Record the expected programme
Give the start date and expected duration. Discuss what happens if the project runs longer and who can approve additional nights, without assuming the home will remain available.
Keep booking details together
The team contact, arrival information, approved costs and booking terms should be available to the person organising the stay. Open each property page for photos and details before making a shortlist.
